Refund Policy

Scope of Application​

This refund policy applies to all services and credit purchases within the OneWare Cloud and ONE AI, provided by ONE WARE GmbH. Our services are offered exclusively to business customers (§ 14 BGB).

No Refunds on Credits and Plans​

  • All purchases of Compute Credits and paid plans (Pro subscriptions, including the Deployment Credits they contain) are final and non-refundable.

  • Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Unused credits
    • Partially used credits
    • Expired credits
    • Unused Deployment Credits
    • The remaining time of a cancelled plan (the plan stays active until the end of the paid billing period)

  • Credits and Deployment Credits belong to the organisation that purchased or received them and cannot be transferred to other organisations or third parties.

  • When an organisation is deleted, its remaining credits and Deployment Credits expire without compensation.

Refunds and Chargebacks​

If a payment is nevertheless refunded (for example by Paddle as merchant of record) or charged back, the Compute Credits paid for with it and the Deployment Credits credited with the plan paid for with it are removed from the respective balance of the organisation, even if that balance becomes negative. A partial refund removes the credits in proportion to the refunded share. The Deployment Credits credited for an upgrade are removed if any payment made for that upgrade is refunded or charged back. While a balance is negative, the chargeable services paid for from it (including the included Compute Credits) cannot be used until it has been offset. If a payment for the current billing period of a plan is refunded in full or charged back, the plan ends immediately; refunds of payments for billing periods that have already ended do not end the plan. After a chargeback, ONE WARE GmbH may suspend all chargeable use by the organisation until the matter has been clarified.

Exceptions​

In the event of verified technical issues in the OneWare Cloud that prevent proper use of purchased credits, ONE WARE GmbH may, at its sole discretion, provide replacement credits as compensation. There is no legal entitlement to refunds beyond this. Statutory rights, in particular warranty claims under the Terms & Conditions, remain unaffected.

  • All prices are stated net, plus VAT.
  • The offer is directed exclusively to businesses and their employees acting on behalf of their company (§ 14 BGB).
  • The Terms & Conditions (including annexes) remain binding in addition to this refund policy.
