Plans, Credits and OneWare Agents
Every organization has a plan. The plan decides how much you can store and train, how many members you can have, and which features are available. All members of the organization share its plan and credits. Current prices are also on the pricing page.

The Pro Trial can be started once per organization and once per user from Billing & Credits. Its Compute Credits are granted once for the whole trial. After 30 days, the organization returns to the Free plan.

Pro tiers
Pro is available in five tiers, Pro-1 to Pro-5, billed monthly or yearly. Higher tiers include more Compute Credits and Deployment Credits and allow more members, projects, models per project and exports and tests per model. Limits are the same for monthly and yearly billing; only yearly billing includes Deployment Credits. The prices, included credits and limits of each tier are set out in the Pro Plan Service Description and on the pricing page. If you need something else, talk to sales about a custom plan.
Buying and changing a plan
Owners and admins buy plans under Billing & Credits of the organization. Payments are processed by Paddle, who also issues the invoice. When subscribing or changing the tier or billing interval, you accept the Terms of Service and the current version of the Pro Plan Service Description on behalf of the organization.
- Upgrade to a higher tier or from monthly to yearly billing: applies immediately and starts a new billing period on that day. You pay the full price of the new plan minus the unused rest of the current period. The included credits of the new tier are available right away (prorated for the rest of the month, see below); a yearly upgrade adds the new tier's Deployment Credits for the new plan year.
- Downgrade to a lower tier or from yearly to monthly billing: applies at the end of the current billing period.
- Cancel: the plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then the organization continues on the Free plan. You can undo a cancellation until then.
- Manage payment methods and invoices in the Paddle customer portal, linked from Billing & Credits.
Compute Credits
Compute Credits pay for everything that runs on ONE WARE servers:
- Training costs 50 Compute Credits per minute. Tests and exports are free, and self-hosted workers do not use credits.
- OneWare Agents, per token of the selected model.
You can use your credits for any mix of both.
- The credits of your plan are included credits. They are available again at the start of every calendar month (UTC), are used first and expire at the end of the month. In the Pro Trial, they are granted once for the whole trial.
- When a Pro plan starts or changes during a month, you get the included credits for the rest of that month only. Example: a plan with 100,000 credits per month that starts on 16 September gets 50,000 credits for September and the full 100,000 from 1 October.
- If you need more, buy a credit package under Billing & Credits. This also works on the Free plan:

Package prices can change for future purchases; credits you already bought are not affected. Purchased credits do not expire while the organization exists. Owners and admins can set a monthly budget per member.
If a payment is refunded or charged back, the credits it paid for are removed again, even if the balance becomes negative. After a chargeback, spending is paused until the case is resolved with support.
Deployment Credits
Deployment Credits unlock a project for commercial use.
- Yearly Pro plans include Deployment Credits every plan year. They cannot be bought separately; for more, upgrade to a higher Pro tier or contact sales.
- Redeem them in the License tab of a project. This starts a 12-month project unlock with its own license number. The number of Deployment Credits needed depends on the features the project uses and is shown before you redeem.
- By default, the unlock licenses one model of the project that you select for commercial use. For more Deployment Credits, you can license all models of the project instead.
- During the unlock you can retrain, export and change the model selected for commercial use. If you need more features or want to license all models during the unlock, you only pay the difference.
- The license of a model that is already exported and licensed stays valid after the unlock has ended. Retraining and new exports then need a new unlock.
- Exports that are not licensed by an unlock (for example of a model that is not selected) get a 30-day test license.
Owners and admins decide which members may redeem Deployment Credits. See the Pro Plan Service Description (section 4) and the Terms of Service (Annex 3) for the binding rules.
OneWare Agents
With OneWare Agents, you can chat with powerful language models directly in OneWare Studio. Select OneWare Cloud as provider in the chat and sign in with your OneWare account. The chat can read your project, explain errors and make changes on request.
- OneWare Agents are included in the Pro Trial and all Pro plans (not in Free). They are billed in Compute Credits of the organization that is active in Studio, using the included credits of the plan first. Every member can see the available models and their prices (Compute Credits per 1 million input, cached input and output tokens) in the organization under Settings → Policies.
- Model prices follow the prices of the model providers and can change for future requests. Models can also be added, replaced or removed. Price increases are announced in the software, where possible at least 14 days in advance.
- Each model is marked with where it is processed:
- EU models (e.g. GPT-6 Sol (EU)) are processed only in data centers inside the European Union.
- Global models (e.g. Claude Opus 5.5) can be processed in data centers worldwide, including the USA, and are operated together with the model developer.
- OneWare Cloud does not store your prompts or the answers. The chat history stays on your computer. Only usage (model, tokens, credits) is stored for billing and the Usage tab.
- Owners and admins can allow all models, EU models only, or disable OneWare Agents under Settings → Policies.
